Can I wash Yo My Booties angora booties?
Yes!  Yo My Booties angora booties are handwashable in cool water with a small amount of mild soap.  Squeeze out excess water gently in a towel, air dry, then fluff them back up with a flick of the wrist.

Can you do custom colours of angora booties?
We can certainly give it a shot - contact us and let us know what you're looking for.  Naomi Watts asked us to do a special "apple"-dyed pair for Gwyneth Paltrow & Chris Martin's daughter Apple, which were a big hit!

What is angora?
Angora rabbit wool is the natural fiber with the highest insulating-weight effective ratio. It is seven times warmer than sheep wool!  It allows the body’s perspiration to escape without losing its highly insulating capabilities.  Angora does not produce rash because of its soft and delicate feel, which is superior to silk.  

Is your angora from a facility you know to treat the animals well?
Of course!  Kris, our founder, has personally visited the farm to ensure that the living conditions and treatment of the rabbits is humane.  Angora is harvested by shearing, clipping or combing the rabbits, so they are not at all harmed in the process.

When can I expect my order?
In-stock items generally are shipped out within 2 business days.  Our angora booties are often hand dyed-to-order, so will sometimes take 3 or 4 days. Transit time depends on the shipping method you select; see our Shipping & Such page for more information on the various options.  

Why does Paypal show my billing address as the shipping address?  Will my package go to the right place?
We mere mortals are not meant to understand why Paypal does a lot of things... Actually, Paypal won't take the shipping info from any other website, so it'll default to your billing address.  But not to fear, Yo My Booties goes by the shipping address you provided to us before you went over to Paypal to complete your payment, so if you didn't change it in Paypal you'll be fine.  If we are at all unsure, we will verify the shipment with you before it goes out.

The colour I really really want is out of stock!  What can I do?
If none of our other lovely fashion colours will work for you, you can either add the item to your Wish List to bookmark it and check back periodically, or if it's more urgent, it's best to email us with your request so we can let you know when we expect it back in or expedite the restocking if we can.
